Ankring: Fra øst er det svært urent farvann. Her bør man gå med svært lav fart og følge nøye med på dybden. I alle fall seilbåter. Innseilingen fra vest er ren.
Området: Nydelig uthavn som har fått et godt ansiktsløft nylig. Her er det svært mange bryggemetre og fortøyningsbolter. En rekke strender og klatreløype i skogen. Man kan ligge på øyas vest, nord og østside, så her finner man ly for de fleste vinder. Har man seilbåt bør man imidlertid ligge på vestsiden eller helt vest på den nordlige brygga. Vår båt stikker 1,85m og vi kunne med en hårsbredds margin ligge på den østre delen av den nordlige brygga. Det er sølebunn, så noen stor krise er det uansett ikke om man subber nedi.
