description
Nåtterö is a beautiful island with smooth rocks, beaches, trails, and small roads. It invites you to go on an adventure.
The harbor is a large 'swinging harbor' with space for many boats. According to chart information, there are many cables at the bottom of the bay from military activities. These cables are not marked on the charts. Therefore, the coastal service has laid out a number of buoys for free use. There are many buoys available for those who want to be anchored and some buoys outside wooden jetties and rocks for those who want to moor with the bow towards the land. Some take the chance and anchor with their own anchor. Most who anchor with their own anchor do so in the west of the bay, outside the sandy beaches.
The approach from the Baltic Sea is unproblematic. If you are coming from the west, the northernmost passage is the easiest. Stay in the middle. The shallowest depth is approximately 3.5 meters.
The harbor is well protected, but it is a wide bay. Northern winds will be noticeable.

Want to know how the wind score works? Then you should read this explanation.
The wind forecasts come from yr.no (Norwegian Meteorological Institute), and was last updated 2 hours and 10 minutes ago (Friday 10 July 04:29 PM). The next night score shows you the worst hour between 22:00 and 08:00 the next night. We recommend that you check multiple sources for wind forecasts. windy.com is a good website to show larger wind systems.
