Dette er strengt tatt ikke Hjørungavågen, men Overåsanden mellom Hareid og Hjørungavåg. Populær badestrand som er avsperret med gule bøyer, dermed kan man ikke ankre så langt inne som ville vært ideelt. Jeg ankret ca 40m utenfor bøyeraden på 7-8m dybde, god holdebunn.
