Decent anchorage unless there are very strong winds from the east or west - in that case, the wind can be an issue. Good holding on a clay bottom at about 10m depth. There may be some boats passing through Hjertøysundet itself.

Well-protected anchorage even though it is a bit tight. Depth around 9m. Perhaps best suited for nights with relatively little wind. Keep to the east when entering.

Well-protected bay with a buoy from KNBF (as of 06.08.2023), available for general use if unoccupied and the boat is under 10 tons.

Very nice mooring spot with large mountains and beautiful nature surrounding it. Consistent depth conditions moving inwards as long as you keep a little distance from the 2 markers on the way in. Good protection from most wind directions that are common for the area, but any easterly wind can turn unfavorably the few days it happens.
The docks are not suitable for overnight stays.
