Litt over halveis inn Sandefjorden finner du Seilerholmen til Sandefjord Seilforening. Det er stort bryggeanlegg nord og nord-vest på øya, samt et mindre anlegg på sydsiden.

På sydsiden av øya ble det bygget et nytt servicehus i 2022, med fine toalett- og dusjfasiliteter (åpent i sommersesongen og helger på vår/høst). Det er vann og strøm på bryggene på nordsiden.

Farvanet rundt og tett på bryggene er urent. Følg godt med på kart.

Seilerholmen er barnevennlig, med en hel liten øy å oppdage. Gressletter, små strender og svaberg å hoppe fra. I Sandefjord er det en uskreven regel at på Seilerholmen er festingen nedtonet til fordel for barna, mens de som ønsker å sitte lenger oppe reiser til Buerøya (rett øst, på andre siden av Sandefjorden)
