description
A little more than halfway into Sandefjord, you will find Seilerholmen of Sandefjord Seilforening. There is a large pier complex on the north and northwest parts of the island, along with a smaller facility on the southern side.
On the southern side of the island, a new service building was constructed in 2022, with nice toilet and shower facilities (open during the summer season and weekends in spring/autumn). There is water and electricity available on the northern piers.
The waters around and close to the piers are not clean. Pay close attention to the charts.
Seilerholmen is child-friendly, with an entire small island to explore. Grasslands, small beaches, and rock faces to jump from. In Sandefjord, it is an unwritten rule that parties are toned down on Seilerholmen in favor of the children, while those who wish to stay up later go to Buerøya (directly east, on the other side of Sandefjorden).

Want to know how the wind score works? Then you should read this explanation.
The wind forecasts come from yr.no (Norwegian Meteorological Institute), and was last updated 1 hour and 24 minutes ago (Wednesday 30 April 11:28 AM). The next night score shows you the worst hour between 22:00 and 08:00 the next night. We recommend that you check multiple sources for wind forecasts. windy.com is a good website to show larger wind systems.
