description
There is a guest dock by the local shop where you can fill up with fuel. You can stay at the dock; there is a QR code you can scan to pay (200 when this was written). It is best to speak with the staff in the shop. There is a floating dock around the café, but it is exposed to waves from the mouth of the breakwater. The conditions are quite simple, but electricity is included. The depth by the long floating dock is fine, right up to the gangway.
There are some shallows that others have pointed out. We came in, swung towards the shop dock, and moored, with 4-5m of water on both sides of the dock.
It is also possible to moor at the boat club’s floating dock, but when we arrived with a fresh southerly breeze, there was a boat at the end of the dock, and we didn’t want to lie with the wind on the beam and get pressed against the dock. We were comfortable at the shop’s dock.
The island itself is a mix of year-round residents and vacation properties. The view from the highest point on the island is impeccable. The island is flat compared to nearby islands, but there are very nice areas for walking. Well-marked paths.
The shop is self-service outside of staffed hours. Very good selection for such a small shop.
There is a trash container next to the new gasoline and diesel pumps (95, white and colored diesel).

Want to know how the wind score works? Then you should read this explanation.
The wind forecasts come from yr.no (Norwegian Meteorological Institute), and was last updated 2 hours and 15 minutes ago (Sunday 30 August 10:35 AM). The next night score shows you the worst hour between 22:00 and 08:00 the next night. We recommend that you check multiple sources for wind forecasts. windy.com is a good website to show larger wind systems.
