The guest docks at Museum Lysøen. They are free, but overnight stays are not permitted. However, it's an absolutely fantastic place to visit for a day trip. Feel free to use Lysevågen on the other side of the island for an overnight stay. There is an available toilet and many kilometers of developed paths. Suitable for children. Ole Bull's villa is a few hundred meters from the guest dock.
