Be aware of strong currents if you dock in the canal.
We docked our 32-footer, and before we knew it, the stern was drifting away.
Once we were moored, it was excellent to stay here. We were positioned north of the bridge. Well sheltered from SW/SE winds. Quiet and calm from the restaurants on the quay around 10 PM, so it was not a problem for our children who needed to sleep.

Good approach without any shoals. Good depth up to the rocks, but you need a bit of height to come ashore. We moored alongside using our own wedges, relatively close to the cliff face, so it was trouble-free to fend off securely.

Easy access to a slightly rickety jetty. Shallow west of the jetty, but otherwise good depth approaching the jetty. Approximately 2 meters depth at the jetty. We moored alongside. It is possible to anchor with a stern line. Fastenings in the rock. Bench and table available onshore. Benches on the jetty.
