There are 2 guest docks (floating docks) in the summer where boats can moor. These are reserved for the store's and restaurant's guests. If you intend to stay overnight, you can make arrangements with Snarkjøp Høllen, the store by the dock.

There is a large beach with shallow water, perfect for children.

Snarkjøp Høllen opened in April 2025 and offers a varied selection of local produce, groceries, fishing equipment, and beach toys. There is also a small selection of oils and other necessities for your boat. The store's summer opening hours are from 08:00-22:00. It also has an ice cream kiosk where you can buy delicious ice cream from Hennig Olsen, open from 11:00-21:00.

Above the store is Skagen Søgne. Opening hours throughout July are from Wednesday to Sunday starting at 14:00, closing times vary. Here you can enjoy a delicious buffet, small dishes, and something nice to drink. During the holiday, they also host different events such as live music, music bingo, etc. Check out their Facebook page: Skagen Høllen.

There are also nice hiking areas around Høllen. You can walk the beach trail to the neighboring beach, Åros Feriesenter.
