Very sheltered anchorage for the more adventurous sailor with a shoal draft boat. Sandy bottom but the entrance is 1.5m at high tide and very narrow. The anchorage give access to the remains of a clearance village with interesting and well preserved ruins.

A beautiful anchorage that gives you access to the highest point in South Uist. An interesting entrance needing care to avoid rocks and timing to avoid the current.
