Easy access to the harbor and the facility is very well protected from most winds, even when the southwest wind blows strongly.
Free bus to Strömstad square and otherwise free ferry across the river for pedestrians. The ferry requires a special card (available at Strömstad Marina AB) to operate.
The hotel facilities are of good standard.
Pizzeria right by the harbor at the hotel.
