No picture available, check Norgeskart or something. The inner basin is probably the actual Pilapollen. The reason for only three stars for maritime conditions is the entry passage. I have a draft of 1.8 meters, and therefore have not been inside. Took the dinghy today and sounded, the shallowest I found was 1.4 meters at almost low tide. It has a sandy bottom. It is deep enough and seems like good anchoring conditions inside the basin.
Fitjar tourist information warns against entering with a sailboat.

Bømlahavn is marked incorrectly, it is not a guest harbour. It is a good natural harbour, which is attractive because it is right before or after crossing Sletta.
I do not use it when the quays are occupied, as they often are in season. I do not anchor here, it is as littered as reported before. I sail all year round, right now there is plenty of space here.
Easy approach with well-marked channel. A nice walk to Langevåg with a Spar store.
