No picture available, check Norgeskart or something. The inner basin is probably the actual Pilapollen. The reason for only three stars for maritime conditions is the entry passage. I have a draft of 1.8 meters, and therefore have not been inside. Took the dinghy today and sounded, the shallowest I found was 1.4 meters at almost low tide. It has a sandy bottom. It is deep enough and seems like good anchoring conditions inside the basin.
Fitjar tourist information warns against entering with a sailboat.
