The entrance is well marked. It is well sheltered in the inner harbour, but it can still be quite windy.
There are two floating docks at Fab 8.
There is a cable ferry across the strait to the shop, cafe, and restaurant.

Very easy approach. Some shallow areas on the east side of the pier. Sailboats should moor on the west side. Short distance to the pier at Nordarnøya.

The chart should be studied regardless of whether you are coming from the north or south. The fairway is well marked, but there are unsafe waters.
The guest pier itself is easily accessible from the north.
There is space for 2 x 40 feet on the north side of the pier, and 2 x 30 feet on the east side.
The store is self-service (24/7). There are also toilets and a shower.

Harbor hosts who are friendly and helpful.
Max 10 tons alongside the canal, larger/heavier boats in berths. Bicycles available for borrowing. Short trip to a well-equipped ICA.

The facility is also called Ofelia Plass.
You can moor on both sides of the facility.
Power and water are provisional (2024), and there are not many outlets at the facility. Expect to need a long cord and your own water hose.
Very central, and only 200 meters from Nyhavn.

There is NO restriction to 35 feet in the entire facility! But only boats 35 feet or smaller within the breakwater and on the northern pier. Boats over 35 feet should dock at the southern pier.
Toilet and shower facilities are available at the restaurant in a separate building, approximately 150 meters from the jetty.

Easy approach from the north between the pier and the breakwater.
The harbour is well protected from swell/waves, but wind from the north and south can be strong.
New facilities onshore (2022) with toilet, shower, washing machine.
Kjerringøy Brygge Hotel is nearby. Kjerringøy Trading Post, known from Benoni and Rosa, is located 300-400 meters to the south.
