Innseiling og maritime forhold: Det er longsideplasser på syd, sydøst siden av Fruertholmen. Også på nordsiden av løpet når du seiler inn Burøykilen. Sjøkart har ikke alle detaljene, men innseilingen inn forbi Kaninholmen går også bra selv om du stikker et par meter. To grunner på venstre på vei inn. En rett før skjærene på venstre side, og en tange som stikker ut fra det midtre skjæret. Hold litt høyre for senter på vei inn så går du klar. Pass på når du kommer inn at Kaninholmen har en undervannsodde ut i bukta på din høyre når du kommer inn. Generelt grunt vest for Kaninholmen. Vel inne er det 3-5 m dypt. Mulig å ligge longside ett til to steder avhengig av dybde og båtformasjon. Evt dregge og tamp i land. Pass på grunnen som stikker sydover ved Skjærgårdspark skiltet, men når du sikter på den beste og dypeste longsideplasser går du klar av denne. Mulig å ligge på svai. Pass på vannledninger merket på kartet.
