Approach and maritime conditions: The harbor is located just east of the Ramsøysundet lighthouse inside Dalavågen.
Easy approach, but be aware of the shallows inside the bay.

Anchoring: Good spot for anchoring with stern mooring to bolts on land.
Good holding ground.
The area: If you have a dinghy (preferably with an outboard motor), there is plenty to see around the harbor.
Lya, for instance, is located just east of here. There you can find both a mermaid and a walrus on land.
