Langøykilen indre: Sjølvaste kremplassen! Bare et av de vertikale partiene like til høyre etter innløpet egner seg for longside. Der er det til gjengjeld godt over 2m dypt og bolter til spring og baug.
Langøykilen indre: Brygga og svaiplasser i sør. Her er det en del skygge.
Langøykilen indre: Indre kil sett fra naturhavna i nord (fortøyd med bolter mot fjell). Dette er solsiden og fin dybde for seilbåter flere steder. Vis vanlig aktsomhet ved anløp og fortøyning.

Innseiling og maritime forhold: Trang, kronglete og urein innseiling!

Først inn i den ytre kilen: Velg venstre løp i kanalen og hold senterlinjen der det er trangt. Ha noen i baugen som speider både i vannet og etter motgående trafikk. Du vil ikke møte noen i denne kanalen!

Når man kommer inn i den ytre kilen må man holde litt styrbord for å unngå 1,8 metringen på babord hånd.

Så blir det ordentlig trangt inn i indre kil: Studer kart og plotter godt og følg leilinja i det høyre løpet langs Kjeholmen. Det er skjær på begge sider men aller skumlest er det på styrbord side. Viktig å komme inn i riktig retning fra litt avstand. Igjen: Ha en speider i baugen! Øvre halvdel av innløpet holder man midtlinjen.
Ankring: Fortøyning mot fjell i Nord med stort sett gode dybder og noen bolter. Her er det kveldssol.

Brygge i sør er fin å ligge på - men det er skyggesiden.

Også gode svaiplasser midt i indre kil - men vær obs. på steiner og skjær i kartet.


Området: Idyllisk liten kil som er godt besøkt men sjelden plagsomt trangt. Lett å gå i land hvis man fortøyer - og fine plasser for grilling etc.

Jolleavstand til Valle for butikk etc.

Søppelcontainere på flåte der innløpet fra ytre til indre kil begynner. Ellers ingen fasiliteter.
