Fortøying: Det er en liten (og litt skjør) flytebrygge på Sauøya, som både benyttes av fiskebåter og gjester. Fiskebåtene har forrang, og gjester må forhale seg eller flytt om det kommer en fiskebåt som trenger plassen. Det er grunt og trangt å komme inn til gjestebrygga, men når du først er fremme ligger du lunt og fint.
