The pier is new and in a good shape. The protection of Wind is similar to town harbour. Not to recommend on strong E to S wind.

Entry is safe in all conditions. Guests moore bow to shore in front of the pic-nic area. Avoid to moor with stern, you could damage the rudder. It is also allowed to moor on the head of all piers. The place is very nice, the facilities are less. There is a crane to 7t.
SE of the harbour is good anchoring in 3-5m on sand. Not recommended on strong winds! If you like hiking, in 3 hours you are on the famous Creux du van.

Come and see yourself! The surrounding is simply great!
The entry is quite tricky, you have to follow the marks precisely, there are shallows and rocks beside. The entry has a depth of 3 metres.

Te places are on the right of the restaurant building. The pier is very high. Mooring with stern buoy.

There are some places on the right on newer quai where you can moor alongside.

Electric plugs are available, but limited number.


If you are in the region of Axmar nature reserve, don’t miss this place!

The entry is easy to find and deep. At the very end of the bay the deep changes fast from 25 to 6 meters. Around the anchoring are rocks and woods, so a boat lies well protected from the dominant wind direction W SW S.
There are no fascilities. Good ground for anchor.

The berths are ok, but if you need electricity, ensure you have the appropriate adapter. No plug for in marinas normally used 3 phase plug. And probably you need a long power line, when you use berths 4-8.

The entry is from Skalnæs from North . Follow the red waterway signs and don’t miss the south Quadrant before turning to the buoy!

Very scenic harbour with lots of possibilities to barbecue. The restaurant is open when harbour crew has enough hands. The sand on the beach is great.

The entrance to the harbour is not correct marked on the map.
Go to Google map before heading to the harbour.

Approach from NW and turn sharp to NE entering the harbour between the breakwater. In the harbour, the pier in S is very shallow. Read the signs on the pier. On the S pier place for 2 boats to moor long side, the rest is stern anchor or 6 mooring buoys.

Environment and services are worth to visi this harbour.

We were there for two days. The infrastructure in the Clubhouse is great, with an impressive view to the waterway and bridge. Toilets and shower are limited, but good. There are Bicycles for free and bus station nearby. Supermarket is 5 min. with bike. The harbour is a very good alternative to the crowded Svendborg harbour and marina. Facilities and electricity is included in harbour fees.

Very Nice Little Harbour! The Piers are well protected with Old Tyres, painted in white!

Not cheap. Tarif for smallest boat (39 ft). 300 SEK. But all inclusive. Electricity, shower, water.

The approach is easy. The depth is about 2.5 to the pier. There are not good facilities to secure the boat with lines. Maybe it is more favourable to anchor nearby.

Nice harbour. Electric, water and toilets included in harbour fees. Moorin salongside the outer pier or in free boxes (green). Nice walk to bathing shore E from harbour. 2 restaurants in the fiskerihavn. Alongside.

Harbour with good Infrastructure.
ICA Byxkroken doesn’t exist any more. Now it is a shop with camping products.

A Place worth to visit. The entrance was 2.7, keep parallèles to the shore. In the Harbour are two lines of stones as breakwater. The first is good visible, the second is difficult to see. Be aware.
Shore power only on the restaurant side in the N.

Infrastructure in a good state, the food in the restaurant excellent.

The Rings to attach the boat are from my pov not very strong. On the N-Pier are well dimensioned clamps.

There is a leading signin the back of the bay, bearing 246. Depth at the Piers 3 metres. Except from NE the place is well protected by Forrest.

There are two piers with place for two boats mooring alongside each side.

There are two fireplace, one sheltered. That is the whole Infrastructure. But it is a lovely place.

Nice little harbour. Narrow entry. West of entrance outside very shallow. Payment only with PayMobile or Bills. Shower and washing machine with coins!

We were berthing in a strong NE wind. The swell from the waves from Skrubban made it to a nasty Walz. Be aware to tie the boat with enough space to the Pier or your bow would dig in! This especially for the places to W on the pier.

The pier is quite high. With low freeboard it is difficult to go to land.

The landscape is breathtaking, even in rain, but you pay for it.

There is only a small ponton for mooring with stern anchor. The entrance is shallow, only recommended with 1.5 m.

Sauna can be booked, fireplace nearby.

The Entry from W is narrow and Shallow. Star on starbord near the Rocks. Min. Depth 3m. Don’t go too near to the North Shore, there are rocks and depth is only 2m or less. Check well the direction of predicted wind. By NW or E you will be in a pit.
There are better bays for anchoring about 2 nm North.

The bay is marvelous, But treacherous! The entry is marked with a pile of stone port and a pole starboard. The bay is very shallow, mostly <2m. On the left and right of the entry are nails to moor against rocks. Ground is poor for anchoring. Beware of rocks everywhere in the bay! Only to recommend in calm weather.

The entry is easy in all conditions. There are guest berths right stern buoy or alongside. behind the breakwater, but they seem to be without electricity.

The other berth are before the bridge on the left. The quay is in a bad condition but it is under construction for renovation.
Services are in the harbour behind the bridge, Nattviken.
It looks very nice, but the pier is quite high, not comfortable with small boats.

My recommendation. If you want to stay over night it is worth to ask for opening the bridge (9.30,13.30 and 18.30)

The Marina offers berths for 30 Boats stern buoy or alongside. The pontoon is new and in a good shape.
The marina belongs to the hotel with an excellent restaurant. The most astonishing: it is cheaper than the marina of hudiksval.

The guest places on the outer pier are there any more, both piers are locked. You have to enter before 7 pm, otherwise you don’t get access to the service facilities. There was a number you can call to get access.
We decided to change to the Marina nearby by the hotel Strandspiren.

Much nicer, only 6 additional minutes to the town.
