Nice to moor against the rock. Lots of grass at the bottom. Clear water. Great hiking opportunities. Supposedly a 30-minute walk to a restaurant, but we did not test it. Several nice places to anchor where you can find shelter. Also possible to moor to a buoy. We had 2 boats at 37 feet. Note, somewhat shallower on the right side at the entrance.

Great place with good hiking opportunities and a barbecue area on land on the right side of the bay. Large swimming area on the left side. Some shallow spots on the right side in several places when you are docking. Therefore, not suitable for larger boats, but there are more possibilities on the right side or to anchor. Some waves come from boats passing by a little further out.

We find the harbor poorly marked with what is where. The lower part is for drop-ins only. The harbor before this is for booked spaces. This is not a harbor to stay in with strong winds. We were 4 boats side by side in the drop-in area due to bad weather and there were lots of waves and splashing. Cozy place with a pedestrian street, small tourist train, and an aquarium with mini golf. Several nice hiking trails. Good service.

The long pier is only for smaller boats as the permanent anchor points are too short for larger boats (except the innermost alongside the other pier). The harbourmaster is experienced and speaks both German and English. Here, boats are moored together in a crisscross pattern, and the harbourmaster has full control and knows exactly how you should moor to make it work. You can walk up to the lighthouse and down to the bay where there are fantastic swimming opportunities. Shallow water and sandy bottom. The museum and lighthouse are nice to visit with a fantastic view. It's great to see the lighthouse beam after it gets dark. Well-facilitated with seating areas, grills, and a kiosk. A short walk to the toilets.

Dypt inn mot berget og enkelt å fortøye på anker. Er en del bolter, men må også bruke kiler enkelte steder. Mot berget på andre siden er det en del sjøgress og grunt. Fint å finne le mot vind på land. Er også flere grotter/jettegryter og se når en går tur. Greit å komme seg inn med jolle til Hunnebostrand. Er en del sjøgress og grunt i innfartsveiene, så følg med på kart for å kjøre riktig.

Nordens Ark Djurpark

Mooring at a solid quay with fine swimming opportunities. Swimming ladder on the pier. The water is not as clear as in the harbors along the Swedish coast. Beach by the pier. 5-minute walk to Nordens Ark. Some noise from the road that goes around the lake, but not in the evening. There's a pier with buoys nearby that belongs to a private boat club.
