Mooring with a buoy to a floating dock. Friendly staff, well-functioning showers. There is a bar/restaurant in the marina but we didn't try it. I believe that Veskiviigi and Grand Holm Marina are next to each other and share facilities.
Haapsalu is a very interesting and cozy town with fine craft shops and cultural life. The Estonian-Swedish museum is nearby and describes the history of people who fled from Estonia to Sweden during World War II.

Good mooring to a floating jetty- double width. Friendly staff who raise the country flag of the visiting boat! A very functional but not particularly cosy marina.
The marina lies next to the car ferry over to the mainland but that isn’t particularly disturbing. It’s easy to catch a bus from outside the marina to the capital town- Kuressaare, which takes approx 1 hour.

Two restaurants, and a shop selling fishing and marine equipment are also in the Marina.

A lovely little harbour, friendly staff at the good restaurant. Free bicycles to use to get into the village 3 km away where there is a little shop. New clean shower and toilet block. Frisbee golf couse starts at the harbour.
