Establishment of a new mooring buoy in March 2024 which is primarily private but also intended to welcome sailors who wish to use the mooring buoy and lie at anchor! (Feel free to contact by phone 45202996 in advance to arrange if/when/how long the buoy is available!?)
Depth LAT 7.0 meters around the buoy with a sandy bottom and good conditions! (marked as a regular anchorage by kartverket.no and drawn into the nautical chart)
Problem-free approach from N-NE into the bay according to nautical charts.
Otrøya is known for its fantastic stone steps in several places on the island, offering nice hikes with impressive views over the archipelago in this area!

Shallow bay (sand bottom) with a wide and beautiful sandy beach (at low tide) and a fantastic view to the west and at best a sunset. Easy approach from west/north-west by following charts and sea marks.
