Brandasund: Bryggene er gode nok, men litt slitne, og en må fortøye i rekkverket på bygga.
Brandasund: Butikken er virkelig et besøk verdt. Så like en gammel krambu som det er mulig å komme. Her bakes kanelsnurrer og boller hver morgen.
Brandasund: Vann, drivstoff og proviant tilgjengelig, samt diverse isenkram!

Innseiling og maritime forhold: Enkel innseiling. Det kan være en del vind som går gjennom kanalen, men man ligger likevel trygt.
Fortøying: Flytebrygge med utriggere. God dybde
Området: Nydelig handelssted og lokalsamfunn. Butikk og bakeri, der man får kjøpt det meste av mat og fisketilbehør og gass. Mulighet for fotturer på øyen, bl.a. til Brandasundsåta (skiltet) i enkelt terreng. Herifra har man en nydelig utsikt over Gisøya og fyrtårnet på utsiden. Idyllisk og masse sjarm!
