Innseiling og maritime forhold: Flytebrygge med plass til omlag 3-4 båter på begge sider. Utover det ligger man utenpå andre båter.
Området: Noen hundre meter fra kaien ligger Union Hotell Øye, som er en vakker trebygning fra 1890. Det er lang venteliste på middag, men de serverer også nydelig varmlunch av utsøkte råvarer. Også til lunch bør det bestilles bord noen dager i forkant. Lunchen er kostbar, men absolutt verdt besøket. Her trer man inn i en rik historie på et hotell som har hatt besøk av flere kongelige og keisere.

Innseiling og maritime forhold: Helt innerst i fjorden, 300m fra unions hotell Øye. Enkel innseiling, bra dybde langs hele bryggen,også for seilere og store båter.
Fortøying: Longside flytebrygge. Sandbunn for ankring på svai. 2 utlagt fortøyingsbøyer men usikker tilstand.
