Easy entrance, many berths, and the innermost are protected from most winds while the outer ones are exposed to westerly to southerly winds. From late May to early June 2025, I visited 14 harbors in Norway and Skjaerhalden is by far the most expensive. 415 NOK for a 10 m boat plus 50 NOK for electricity, then an additional 50 NOK if you want to shower per 10 minutes. Washing machine and dryer are available and cost 60 NOK each. As mentioned a pleasant harbor but 9 times as expensive as Tvedestrand!!!

Well marked inlet. Longside mooring in the inner harbour. In May 2025 the jetties and the surroundings were under renovation that was said to be ready before the summer season 2025. Beautiful surroundings and very friendly people.

Facilities, wc and showers, seems to be only available during week 26-33.
Easy access and good depth.

As in many other places along the Norwegian coast, the season doesn’t seem to start until a bit into June. At the end of May, the showers were not open but the toilets were available. On the other hand, the harbour fee was really low.
