In the inner harbor, on the north side, there is no shore power, only water. On the south side, there is both water and shore power. On both sides, there are blue rubber buoys with an eye through which you thread the rope to secure the stern.
Floating docks on both sides at the entrance to the small boat harbor. Here you can moor alongside.

There are two floating docks. The eastern one has two alongside berths for larger boats, 36ft plus, and two slips for similar sizes. Many smaller slips for slightly smaller boats.
The western floating dock has four alongside berths.
Electricity and water are available.
The service facility does not open until 09:00 or 10:00, and closes at 21:00.

Took this picture of the harbor facilities. Talked to the staff in the kiosk, and they confirmed that you can also dock as I have drawn.
