The quay referred to was marked with ISPS quay and it was forbidden to moor. The quay is also quite useless when it's windy.
We found a spot on the floating pier right by the hotel. It is a private quay for fishing boats, but they pointed out an available spot that we could use.
The pier had powerpay on a post. Great system that charges for what you use. Not a fixed fee which is super high compared to the electricity price.
There is diesel and water at the innermost part of the bay on the opposite side of the town. Not bunker oil, but well marked difference between MGO and FADO.

A little unsure if it's actually a guest harbor, but found an available spot on a floating dock. The location was very nice even though it is small. There is a museum that shows a bit about Sea Sami history.

Went here in the hope of doing laundry. Skjervøy Harbor can inform that the toilet, shower, and washing machine are operated by the Skjervøy Boating Association. They have apparently had so much trouble with people not paying that it is now no longer possible to use these facilities without special access via acquaintances.

Easy to enter, but the wind easily comes through. There are no symbols on the charts I used that indicate it is safe to anchor here. We got stuck in something and had to use a lot of force to get free.

Very beautiful surroundings and ample space to anchor. It would also be possible to moor to the land if desired. This would also provide a short walk on the island.

We tried to moor farther along, but we were met by a fellow who informed us that the quay was private. He did say we could stay for a couple of hours if we needed to.
We looked for diesel, but only found a hose in a cabinet on a quay that was very high. No information on how to fill up.

It is not obvious that there are guest berths here. Apparently, they are working on quay solutions, but they are not ready at the moment.
A great place that deserves a visit, but weather and wind come straight in, and there are no alternatives other than the open sea when you arrive and depart.
There is a bus route here if you are docked in Honningsvåg.
