Pleasant, calm, and sheltered harbor with facilities. At 600 NOK, it is quite pricey compared to, for instance, the harbor of Bergen or other cities in Norway.

There are two entrances; one from the southwest direction and one from the northwest direction. This is contrary to previous reports.
We took the southwest entrance, and it was still 3.5m deep 2 hours before HW. It is very narrow but can be navigated in calm weather and at a slow pace, provided the vessel is not wider than 5 to 5.5 meters.
The northwest entrance has stakes that must be kept to starboard when entering.

A friendly harbour with facilities for showering and fetching water. Power supply on the jetties was defective.
The access to the harbour is easy. Plenty of finger piers for smaller boats. Nevertheless, we managed to moor our 16m ship to the jetty from the shore to the first finger pier. Bow of the ship towards the dock for the ferry. Some waves, but with an extra line from the shore, a great spot.
The village Herand is a great place with a shop, kiosk, and a restaurant with delicious wood-fired pizzas. You can cycle and hike there.

A club harbour with finger piers for smaller boats.
There is a nice guest jetty on the northern side of the harbour. This has been recently renewed and the work is not completely finished yet. We could already use the jetty and bollards. The power pedestals were not yet available. We could get power from the shore with extra extension cords. Payments can be made via VIPPS or cash can be deposited in the mailbox of the harbour building. Shower and toilet facilities would be available at the camping a little further away. This doesn't seem very practical to us. In the village, there is a large Spar also offering non-food items and a post office.
Around the harbour, there is a large green area/play meadow and at the camping there is some entertainment available.
In the village, there is a small restaurant near the ferry terminal, a hotel where you can dine, and some food trucks for take-out meals (including Thai). Many hiking possibilities, among others to the four waterfalls of Husedalen.

The harbour fee was substantial for the available facilities during our visit. (350 NOK per day)

small harbor with mainly finger piers. A long floating jetty with power and water where we were moored on the outside.
When entering and docking, a pole with a green 'hand' indicates the shallow area in front of the first floating jetty with a small house on it. That is well indicated.
Within walking distance, there is a Spar and a petrol station.
There is a ferry connection with frequent departures which causes some waves. Also partly at night, which can cause some disturbance.
It is not known if there are sanitary facilities available.
Great place if you are passing through.
