There are two entrances; one from the southwest direction and one from the northwest direction. This is contrary to previous reports.
We took the southwest entrance, and it was still 3.5m deep 2 hours before HW. It is very narrow but can be navigated in calm weather and at a slow pace, provided the vessel is not wider than 5 to 5.5 meters.
The northwest entrance has stakes that must be kept to starboard when entering.

We took the southwestern one, and it was still 3.5 meters deep 2 hours before HW. It was very narrow but manageable in calm weather and at a slow pace, provided the vessel is no wider than 5 to 5.5 meters.
The northwestern entrance is marked with stakes which must be kept to starboard when entering.

A friendly harbour with facilities for showering and fetching water. Power supply on the jetties was defective.
The access to the harbour is easy. Plenty of finger piers for smaller boats. Nevertheless, we managed to moor our 16m ship to the jetty from the shore to the first finger pier. Bow of the ship towards the dock for the ferry. Some waves, but with an extra line from the shore, a great spot.
The village Herand is a great place with a shop, kiosk, and a restaurant with delicious wood-fired pizzas. You can cycle and hike there.
