We visited Rödhamn again in 2025, twice.

Actually nothing to add to the existing descriptions, good harbour, good and many buoys, substantial pier and incredibly beautiful landscape with fine views.
A special mention to the staff and the service, absolutely fantastic!

Very easy entrance but only the northern entrance between the piers leads to the guest harbor.
The southern and northern piers have stern poles, the middle one has Y-booms, really sturdy ones that you can walk on so you are practically moored alongside.
There is electricity and water on all piers.

The service building is good with showers, sauna, washing machine and dryer.

Mariehamn's central pedestrian street with its cafes, restaurants and shops is only 400m from the harbor, there is also a grocery store.

The entrance is completely clear, just follow the range markers and red/green. The guest harbor is the northern pontoon dock, the southern one is for the shuttle boat and suction pumping.

There are buoys on both sides but it gets shallower closer to shore, especially on the southern side where it is only 1.5 meters further in and some buoy stones stick up a bit, so be careful.
The harbor is protected with breakwaters, but in really strong northwest winds, waves still come in. There is no real wind protection from any direction, so if it’s windy, it’s windy!

There is a harbor cafe with a small shop where Klas sells freshly smoked fish, homemade bread, coffee, ice cream, and more. Very atmospheric and original.

You can rent a sauna, which definitely has the archipelago's best view of the sunset.

The island itself is definitely worth seeing. The nature is very special with its large ridges and fields of rounded stones. The chapel is very beautiful and atmospheric; pay special attention to the gigantic ship hanging from the ceiling.

Very easy entrance, good and many buoys, stable dock with substantial rings for mooring.
Electricity on the dock, water only nearest to the shore.

Simple but functional, toilet included but shower is paid separately, as well as washing machine and sauna.

Fuel sales have ceased but the store contains quite a lot of everything.

Ekenäs guest harbor is located right in the town with all the services one could imagine nearby.
The docks are good with sturdy buoys. The harbor is protected from all winds.

The harbor office is located in the café, so the opening hours are the same as the café.

The floating dock in the north has buoys. Preferably moor on the south side, as there is a lot of wash from the fairway outside.

There is also fuel, water, and a pump-out station at the southern dock, but the depth is only 1.4 meters in some places.

Cafe Benitas is a well-visited place, with good food, friendly service in Swedish, and often live music in the evenings.

Pleasant harbor, friendly staff who receive you. The mooring lines were clean and fine (July '25) but anchored quite far out, so keep your distance when you drive in.
The southern pier has buoys, but with a 30-foot boat, the buoys further in are very close.
There is some wake coming in from the fairway, so it can be a bit choppy!

The beach bistro has really good food, for instance, the Skagen pizza was an experience, and the local shop is nice but the selection is a bit meager. Plus for freshly baked bread in the morning.

The surroundings are perfect for walks, and the sheep are friendly.

Väldigt trevlig och lugn gästhamn, oftast bra plats, bra bojar och el och vatten på bryggan.
Väldigt enkel infart men kan bli skvalpigt vid SE vind.

Plats 1-10 längst in är förbokbara på dockspot.com, 11-20 lediga om dom är lediga.
Priset 2025 är 250 SEK + 50 SEK för el.

Notholmens cafe är väldigt trevligt, goda bullar och speciellt räkmackan var otroligt bra. Trevlig personal och fin stämning.
Möjlighet till B&B.

Tyresö slott med sin fina park ligger ca 600m från hamnen.

Slandö Kalv is Södertälje Boat Club's club harbour, but we felt very welcome and gladly paid the fee.
The harbour is protected from all wind directions and the entrance from the northwest is very clear; you can also enter from the south, but it looks very narrow. With a 1.5-meter draft, it went well.

The island is really beautiful, neatly kept, with a nice view, and especially the 'Sunset bar' is an experience. We immediately understood why there were benches only on one side of the table.

The entrance both from the north and south is very clear. Only the northern side of the pier is a guest harbor. It shallows VERY quickly on the northern side, so be cautious and drop anchor very close. The bottom is mud, so it won't stop abruptly, but you can get stuck.
The island is a base for Håll skärgården ren rf, so their vessel Roskaroope often stays overnight here; leave the south side free. Roskaroope transports waste, so it can sometimes smell a bit.

There is a sauna that you can rent; it is self-heated, and you must clean up after yourself.

Clear and distinct entrance but follow the navigation marks carefully, it is narrow and winding.
The pier is nice, good buoys and the depth is sufficient, at least 4m.
The harbor fee is paid via Mobilepay or to an account. A composting toilet is available right by the pier.

Feel free to take the nature trail around the islet, there is much to see, such as Borstögumman, an old figurehead that washed ashore a long time ago and has been set up on the hill.

Be very careful when entering from the north; there are no markers or alignment boards.
You can go ashore at the point that juts out to the east, either on the northern side or at a small rock-solid pier on the southern side. The bottom is rock/stone, so make sure the anchor is firmly set.
It can be a bit choppy with southeast winds, and some swell comes in from the fairway to the north.

The island is very beautiful and varied with lovely meadows, rugged cliffs, and lush deciduous forest. Cows graze on the island in the summer and are very curious about, for example, what you are grilling :-)

Very clear entrance, good jetty, and sheltered harbour. There is a small shop/café at the jetty with homemade bread and other treats.
The nature trail is really pleasant and the chapel on the eastern side is a sight to see.

Klar infart men var noggrann med linjetavlor och remmare.

Välskyddad hamn, fina bryggor och bojar, trevlig personal och skärgårdens finaste bastu !

Ta definitivt en promenad eller hyr cykel och utforska ön, dess historia är väldigt intressant.

Restaurang 12" har riktigt bra mat och en speciell stämning i en gammal kasern.

PS Sugtömnings-stationen är ny år 2025 !

Clear entrance but a bit unclear where the guest spots are, go all the way in to the last dock, i.e., the farthest west.
Very sheltered harbour, café and services nearby and about 2 km to Hanko center.

High-class, very large guest harbour, good piers and mooring buoys. High-class service, electricity and water at all piers, very nice shower and sauna, and a really pleasant restaurant with an incredibly fine view. Perhaps also the most expensive in Finland (2025 51€)
A bit windy but sheltered from rough seas.

Gulf Emsalö is not an overnight harbour but a fueling station and cafe/bar.
Often has live music on summer weekends.

The entry from the north is very narrow and tight, follow the markers exactly!
The entry from the south is clearer but be cautious regardless.

The entire bay is quite deep and there are many landing spots.

The nature is very beautiful and there are toilets and several barbecue areas.

The entrance turns south from the fairway, passes between Mörholmen and Stångholmen, then south between Mörholmen and Villholmen. The chart indicates 1m but my depth sounder never showed less than 2m all the way in.

Once inside the harbor, you can't find a safer spot anywhere, you are completely surrounded by land and the jetty and buoys are good.
The kiosk has a small selection of snacks, drinks, and very friendly staff.

The nature is beautiful and varied, and it is worth walking the nature trail.

Entry is really simple, just take note of the green buoy just before the harbor and note the Farsta bridge with a maximum height of 22m. The harbor is protected from all directions.

Docking is at Y-booms 'inside' the harbor or alongside on the north side. The berth numbers are only marked on the upper side of the quay, so you will only see them once you have stepped ashore, but usually a harbor master will come to assist. Berths can be booked either at https://gustavsberggasthamn.se/ or dockspot.com

The Y-booms are really stable, the pier quite new and in good condition (2025), and there are mooring lines on the booms and quay that you can use.

The staff is really nice, polite, and helpful. You can also get help with your boat if needed. There is also a boat wash at the same pier.

The nearest restaurants are only 30m from the boat and are really nice. The ice cream kiosk is also recommended :-D

Clear entry, quite narrow between the piers. The harbor masters receive and hand over the mooring lines, very nice.
Very good piers and sturdy rings to tie the ropes. Some wake from passing boats but nothing serious.

Simple but clean and functioning WC and shower with private lockable room for each, suitable for the shy :-D
There are also several WCs and showers on the left side of the restaurant/harbor office building.

In 2025, there is a lot of construction work on the harbor pier, so you can hear some clatter and hum starting from the morning.
