Approach and maritime conditions: StrÄholmen is located 4 - 5 nautical miles north of the guest harbour on Jomfruland. Approach from the northeast. Pay special attention to the shoal extending north-northwest from the harbour towards Denmark and Rugsekken.
Anchoring: The harbour at StrÄholmen has a built-up breakwater with a few guest spots for mooring with an anchor. Outside the breakwater, it is ideal to anchor or moor with an anchor towards the shore. Anchoring depth is 3-6 meters with good bottom conditions.
The area: StrÄholmen is a charming place with several cabins and a large open area. There is a nice and child-friendly beach inside the breakwater.

Approach and maritime conditions: Ăitangen is located in Jomfrulandsrenna, at the very north of the island, about one nautical mile north of the guest harbour at TĂ„rnbrygga. Approaching from both north and south with good markings.
Anchoring: Mooring areas with good seabed conditions for anchoring. The depth varies from 5 to 12 meters, depending on the distance from the shore. There is also a simple dock here with reserved spots, among other things, for visitors to the DNT cabins, in addition to a docking spot for taxi boats from KragerĂž and Valle. It's shallow along the shore, so keep a bit of distance. Here you lie safely from all winds from the south and east, but the afternoon breeze from the southwest can be annoying. You can also clearly feel the waves from passing boats.
The area: Jomfruland offers great hiking opportunities, beaches, and attractions. A real summer paradise. At Ăitangen, you will also find the DNT's cabin complex and the Bird Tower, which is set up at the very north of the island.

RisĂžyholmene is a popular family harbor with many islets for anchoring with a stern line to shore, options for mooring alongside rock walls, anchoring at swing, and some smaller docks. The anchoring depth is mainly less than 5 meters.
There is easy access from the southwest, but be aware of wash rocks. Most of the rocks are marked.
The area is well sheltered from most wind directions but can be exposed to winds from the west.

A great mooring area with space for many boats. Easy approach from Larviksfjorden in the west or from the sea in the south. Be aware of some rocks. Most are marked.
Anchoring depth typically 5-6 meters, up to 10 meters towards the mouth of the bay. Good bottom conditions with sand and/or clay.
The entire Viksfjorden is a gem with many great places to explore.
