Vær obs på fergen!

Stor havn med stort sett longside-plasser. Her må en regne med å ligge utenpå hverandre.

Ærøskøping er en sjarmerende liten kystby med koselige hus fra 1700-tallet. Roser og stokkroser langs husveggene og brostenslagte gater. Byen blir ofte kalt «eventyrbyen i Danmark» og er en svært hyggelig opplevelse å få med seg.

Approach from the southeast. Bay with around 4-5 meters depth. Two buoys from the Danish Cruising Club, both at 5.5 meters depth. We noticed little of the fish farming facility in the area.
Musholm is a somewhat flat islet and might be best suited for days with gentle winds.

Anløp fra sydvest og nord. Nord er nok enklest.
Mulighet for å ligge på anker. God holdebunn (leire, så vær forberedt på ankervask) på 6-7 meters dybde i den ytre/midtre del av bukta. Vi opplevde en del svell på vest og nord/nordvestavind.

Nice, large bay with plenty of anchoring space. Anchor at 3-4 meters. Good protection against winds from the west.

Æbelø West is a great anchorage that offers good protection against winds from the north and east. There are 3 yellow mooring buoys and otherwise good bottom conditions, reportedly sandy bottom. Some poor mobile coverage in the area.

Pleasant surroundings where we experienced beautiful sunsets and seals around the boat. On land, we could see deer grazing. Otherwise, it's nice to take the dinghy/SUP ashore for a stroll along the beach.

Noe trang innseiling til havna, så følg med om noen går inn eller ut. Fortøyning mellom påler i hovedsak og vær obs på at bredde stort sett er 4,25 m. Kun noen få plasser med større bredde eller mulighet for longside.
Svært hyggelig øy som er verdt et besøk.
