As of September 2026, the guest quay is worn out but a new quay is under construction and will be installed during the autumn/winter.
Certainly simple but acceptable sanitary facilities and friendly and helpful people in the association.

Unattended outside the season... but until mid/end of September still access to electricity, water, showers, and toilets.
Good stable piers.
Very good shelter from westerly winds.

A place to moor. The piers are okay. Good bollards. Electricity and water. Reasonable daily fee (100 NOK including electricity) paid via Vipps.
No toilets or showers. A few meters to the gas station and the shop.

Simple approach. Good piers. Good bollards. Okay sanitary facilities shower/tumble dryer/washing machine each 30 NOK.
Walking distance to shops. Good and fast bus connections to Trondheim city center.
Reasonable price compared to Trondheim

As of the last week of September 2026, the Brattørbasin is closed due to maintenance.
Therefore, space was tight/sparse at Skansen guest harbor. Staff on the Trondheim harbor duty phone were very helpful in arranging berths.
Nevertheless, I think that 350 NOK per night plus 50 NOK access to the service building, which is a 20-minute walk away, plus 20 NOK per shower is rather steep considering the conditions...

Incredibly calm and protected harbor. From 14m/s southeast winds to nothing in the bay.
Nice facilities and shower/washing machine/dryer are included in the price.

Anchored here as yr has forecast gale storm from southwest in the area 28(35) m/sec.
Norskhavneguide.no has given 60 points (yellow). Not exactly a pleasant night but probably felt secure due to good shelter from the south and southwest, and not least solid piers.
Would choose the same harbor again under such conditions.
Nice hiking area with many marked trails in the outfield and to numerous caves.

Easy to navigate to. Long side floating pier. Good depth. Reasonable price. Shower and use of washing machine included.
Payment by app or in the shop by the quay.
Very nice hiking area which in mid-September you almost have to yourself.

Good floating piers with good mooring possibilities.
Very central with shops, bakery and restaurants nearby.
Nice sanitary facilities once you have found them.
It costs 10 NOK to enter but then you are free to shower and use the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Simple approach with sufficient depth. Larger boats should probably berth on the middle finger.
Some varying quality of the piers and moorings (cleats, rings, brackets)
Very nice sanitary facilities and shower and washing machine are included in an already low berth fee.

The approach is okay but there is a fishing boat anchored right in the middle of the entrance.
Long floating pier for mooring alongside. Power and water on the pier. Good space to lie sheltered from the north and northwest.
Walking distance to cafe and grocery stores.
The harbour is not marked on Navionics charts!!
Still feel that 300 NOK for a 40ft boat without toilet or shower is a bit steep compared to, for example, Brønnøysund.

Nice spot in the middle of town. But I received a notification from the app that the service building is closed for the season AFTER I had paid.
